Jim Follett

Jim Follett

CEO

Jim Follett joined Authentic Response as a Board Member in April of 2009 and most recently as Chief Executive Officer in September 2009.   He has a real passion for the marketing information services space and finding ways to drive value and growth in the companies he has served.  He has consistently done this by creating winning services and servicing models that provide superior insights and support for clients that measurably improve their business performance.  His aim is to do the same with the Authentic Response team and business.  Jim has a proven track record of 30+ years of leadership in both global Marketing Information Services and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).   Prior to Authentic Response, Jim was the CEO of Survey Sampling International; COO of Medsite and involved with successful sale of the company to WebMD; Acting CEO / COO of NOP World and involved with the successful sale of the company to GfK; President, Client Services and Consulting Group of Information Resources Inc. (IRI).  Jim started his career at Procter & Gamble in sales and then moved through a series of marketing management positions at General Foods (Kraft), Motts USA (a division of Cadbury Schweppes) and culminating as the U.S. head of Marketing for Nestle Waters North America (Perrier) before joining Information Resources, Inc. in 1990.  He holds a BA degree in History from Williams College and an MBA degree in Marketing from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.  Jim is married with 3 children and loves to read history, cook, work out, ski and travel.  He is active with Williams College in fundraising and serves as a member of the Vestry for St. John’s Episcopal Church in South Salem, NY.

Robert Mattes

CFO

Rob is the CFO of Authentic Response. He is responsible for the financial operations of the organization and works to help implement the strategy of the organization. Prior to Rob's specific involvement with Authentic Response, he was the CFO of Return Path, Inc. and the CFO of NetCreations, Inc. - both of which offered broad experiences in the financial and operations side of the business. Earlier in his career he spent time in the financial services world as the Assistant Corporate Controller at W.R. Berkley Corp. Rob started his career at KPMG LLP's New York City office in 1990 where he was an Audit Manager in the Financial Services practice of the firm. Rob has a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons.

John Taliercio

John Taliercio

Vice President, Product Development

John Taliercio is one of the early members of Authentic Response who is now responsible for developing the sample and panel management capabilities of our product line. Over the years he's been instrumental in developing and growing the business. John has a keen sense of what the industry needs and knows how to translate those needs into actionable plans - all of which contribute to our clients' success. Prior to Authentic Response, John worked for an IT solutions firm servicing pharmaceutical and telecommunication companies. When not locked into his laptop, John focuses on stress management techniques either on the ice with his local hockey team or by supporting the Yankees and the Rangers. John holds a BS from Boston University's School of Management.

Ninon Brown Traugott

Senior Director, Human Resources

Ninon is responsible for making sure Authentic Response a fantastic place to work as we grow and expand the business. She ensures that everyone in the company is in the right job, knows how his or her job contributes to the overall company mission, and has a clear sense of learning and career growth. Prior to Authentic Response Ninon worked for France Telecom North America, the New York Public Library, and several start ups. She began her career in her hometown of Paris, France after graduating from the Sorbonne University. She enjoys traveling, coaching, dancing, and working with clay.

Jonathan Tice

Jonathan Tice

Regional Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Jonathan has over ten years experience working in the online market research space. He currently manages a regional sales team and the marketing group. Prior to Authentic Response, Jonathan created the Market Research Services business line at TechTarget. While there, he managed all facets of the team: marketing, sales, operations and analysis, and executed on full service projects for both research firms and technology OEMs. Prior to that, he worked in marketing roles for TechTarget and Lycos, a search engine firm. Jonathan currently lives and works out of Manhattan. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting the Red Sox and his Alma Mater Boston College. Jonathan loves to travel - especially internationally - is an avid downhill skier, and lately has been trying to figure out golf. He is currently the Online Subject Matter Expert for the Market Research Association and the Past- President of the New England Chapter.

Adam Weinstein

Adam Weinstein

Regional Vice President, Sales

Adam has two decades in traditional research, most recently with Wilson Research Strategies, where he successfully initiated relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that he was responsible for designing and building Woelfel Research, Inc.'s qualitative research capabilities. A vested interest in the future of the industry motivates his active participation in the Market Research Association (MRA), where he currently holds a Director at Large position on the National Board. He is also the recipient of the MRA's 2008 Rising Star Award. Adam finds time for his other passions: softball, the Yankees, his wife, and his two favorite little leaguers Mia and Derek.

Nathan Lynch

Vice President, Panel Operations

Nate manages the 24x7 global field operations of Authentic Response. His dedication to our clients is tireless as he continues to build and manage a first class team of research professionals who are dedicated to proper and efficient sampling methodologies, achieving field times, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Nate has several years experience on the operations side of market research. Prior to Authentic Response he worked for Lieberman Online LLC in their OpinionSite division where he managed much of the firm's operations. Nate holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bryant College in Rhode Island and is an avid Jets, Mets, and Knicks fan.

Paul Hudson

Paul Hudson

Vice President, Technology

Paul manages the day to day of the technology group, a valued team that allows the business to operate flawlessly 24x7. Prior to joining Authentic Response, he held several positions at Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS). His most recent position was Director of Global Access Panel Technologies where he was responsible for all panel software development initiatives, with major deployments in over 26 countries. His primary goal was on improving and standardizing sample and panel balancing requirements, as well as customizing portal creation methodologies. Paul started his Market Research career over 10 years ago as a Senior Oracle Database Architect for NFO Worldgroup, which was acquired by TNS. Paul attended the University of Toledo where he studied Mechanical and Statistical Engineering. He also holds several Oracle certifications. When not busy building Authentic Response solutions, he enjoys spending time at home in the country with his wife Joannie.
