E-mail Surveys
Our definition of E-mail Surveys:
Surveys that are delivered to a set of panelists via e-mail. Respondents have most likely been recruited and have agreed to participate in the online research process and do so by responding to the e-mail survey. Given the nature of the online surveys, it is the sample provider’s responsibly to ensure data collected via e-mail surveys is safe, accurate, and reliable. Examples of other common surveys include:
- Telephone surveys
- Mail surveys
- Mall intercept surveys
- In-home usage studies
- Door-to-door studies
- Central location studies
