We go above and beyond when it comes to maintaining and improving the online research experience for our growing community of 4.1 million active panelists. From registration to survey completion to incentive management, we seek an enjoyable experience for our panelists.
We actively monitor and resolve all panelist issues via our live 24/7 online research panel support, impose strict restrictions on the frequency of survey participation, and limit the number of invitations sent to individual panelists. We also take it a step further by turning down proposals if we find the length of the interview to be excessive, the mode of contact unreasonable, the content to be offensive, or if we feel the survey will damage the long term relationships we maintain with our online research panelists.
In fact, our attrition rate is lower than many other online research panels because of our attention to customer service and respect for our panelists. After all, a happy, engaged panelist is the key to high quality data.
